INsVI is an interdisciplinary research initiative examining how humans and machines perceive, interpret, and create visual knowledge.

We focus on problems language-centered artificial intelligence cannot adequately solve: spatial reasoning, visual relationships, embodied perception, aesthetic judgment, and meaning that resists verbal reduction.
Frame and investigate foundational questions in machine and human visual intelligence.
Position art and visual culture as sources of knowledge—not decorative additions to technical work.
Create interdisciplinary routes into AI that value technical rigor and visual understanding together.
INsVI presents research at its actual stage and separates active inquiry from completed output.
We do not fabricate affiliations, researchers, partnerships, publications, or findings.
Research claims should be accompanied by sources, methods, limitations, and provenance.
Working questions and developing programs can be visible without being misrepresented as completed studies.
INsVI brings together fine arts, computer vision, data science, design, philosophy, cognitive science, and AI ethics. Its purpose is to develop better questions, methods, visual evidence, and educational frameworks for intelligence that sees.

For research inquiries, educational collaborations, visual datasets, exhibitions, and institutional conversations.
